My unit stops charging before 100%. Why?Charge limits are set in the BMS and the inverter settings. A stop at 90% or 95% is a protection window, not a fault. Ask us and we send the exact setting for your model.
Why does the app not connect?The unit connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. A 5 GHz-only router will not appear in the list. Move the phone and unit close to the router and retry.
Can it run continuously at rated output?Continuous rating is the figure to plan with. Peak output is for motor and heating loads lasting seconds.
How do I size solar input?Send the panel voltage and wattage. Input window and maximum charge power are model-specific and confirmed at quotation.
Is it safe to mount in an engine bay?LiFePO4 is chemically more stable than NMC, but temperature limits still apply. Tell us the location and we confirm.
