3.84 kWh with a built-in inverter module and UPS switchover — for boats, cabins and installations that must keep running when the shore power drops.
| Battery capacity | 3,840 Wh (LiFePO4, 51.2 V × 75 Ah) |
|---|---|
| Cell configuration | 16 cells in series with integrated BMS |
| AC output | Pure sine wave, built-in inverter module |
| Solar charging | MPPT solar input |
| UPS switchover | 10 ms |
| Monitoring | BMS data over CAN, app monitoring |
| Parallel operation | Up to 6 units in one system — single-phase or three-phase |
| Three-phase output | 3 units minimum, one per phase (L1 / L2 / L3), 120° apart |
| Certification | EMC tested · RoHS · UN38.3 transport tested |
Deep capacity and a UPS path means loads never notice the switch.
Overnight house loads — fridge, lights, electronics — without running the engine.
Days of autonomy when paired with solar input.
10 ms switchover protects equipment during outages.
Pairs with additional capacity for longer runtime.
Link three AST-3840 units and the set delivers a three-phase supply — one unit per phase, 120° apart — for motors, pumps and workshop equipment that will not run on single phase.
One unit per phase (L1 / L2 / L3), each phase 120° apart. Up to six units can be paralleled in total.
Units are daisy-chained over the parallel port with the supplied cable; the master unit is elected automatically.
The same port parallels units for more single-phase capacity when three-phase is not needed.
Three-phase pumps, compressors and machine tools — in a boatyard, on site or in an off-grid workshop.
Cabling, phase sequence and battery sharing are confirmed in the installation manual for each set.
Cell layout, protection board, fusing and thermal path — shown on the real unit, not a render.
